Qualifications

• Prior CBSE or reputed schools experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to senior secondary classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred and concept-based lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessment materials.
• Conduct Physics laboratory practicals and ensure proper safety procedures.
• Prepare students effectively for board examinations and competitive examinations.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial and individual academic support.
• Develop students' analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific temperament.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment data, and student progress reports.
• Use smart-class technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, academic activities, and professional-development programmes.
• Coordinate with the academic team to maintain high teaching and learning standards.
• Follow school policies, academic SOPs, and applicable board/curriculum guidelines.
