Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a driven Personal Banker - Outbound at our Patna branch to lead local business development and drive sales of retail liabilities and third-party products. You will deliver exceptional service while achieving business targets.

You will acquire new customers, source high-value CASA, and build lasting family banking relationships, meeting daily outreach requirements and pursuing premium upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch objectives for retail liabilities sales and related metrics.

• Contact a minimum of 20 customers daily and meet at least 4 prospects per day.
