Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.**The Role*** Performance Tester to evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, stability, and responsiveness of applications under varying loads in CLS Settlement services.* Should have strong experience in the banking and financial services domain with FOREX trading knowledge .* Will be responsible for designing and executing performance and load tests to ensure our systems meet performance expectations.* The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools and frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Skills/Key Responsibilities* Minimum 7 to 10 years of performance test experience in banking and financial services domain* Hands on experience with Linux environment , Cron scheduler , Component Level performance validation and Analysis including RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)* Experience in design and develop the Performance Test Artifacts .* Enhance and debug the Load Runner scripts and result analysis .* Contribute to non-functional requirement (NFR) definitions.* Analyse test results against NFRs and identify bottlenecks in system performance .* Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, Perl and Shell scripting.* Hands on Experience on Defect management process (Jira) and Change Management Process .* Define and maintain performance testing strategy, test scenarios, and test data.* Contribute to performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization efforts.* Analyse system performance metrics including response time, throughput, resource utilization, and scalability.* Identify memory leaks, and potential issues (under different load conditions)* Ensure that all performance testing activities align with business requirements and SLAs.Your Future at Kyndryl Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior Administrator to Architect.
