  • Drive acquisition and downstream conversions: Optimise campaigns against agreed lead volume, lead quality, CPL, CAC and admissions targets, ensuring performance is evaluated across the entire acquisition funnel.
  • Monitor campaign health and performance: Oversee budgets, pacing, tracking, attribution and account structure. Maintain performance dashboards, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Build a systematic experimentation framework: Test and scale creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, offers, bidding strategies and campaign structures to improve performance.
  • Drive cross-functional performance improvement: Collaborate with creative, content, CRM, product, sales and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness, lead quality and downstream funnel conversion.
  • Report performance and drive accountability: Present performance insights, forecasts, challenges and action plans to marketing leadership, with clear ownership of channel outcomes.

  • Experience managing substantial advertising budgets and delivering measurable acquisition and business outcomes.

  • Experience with high-consideration lead-generation funnels where prospects require nurturing before conversion, preferably in education.
  • Ability to independently execute campaigns, troubleshoot performance issues and take ownership of outcomes without relying on a team to execute.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with creative, content, CRM, sales and analytics teams.
  • A bias for experimentation, speed, data-driven decision-making and continuous
