Role & responsibilities:
Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management
- Manage and optimize brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
- Drive visibility, traffic, and conversions through platform ads, promotions, and brand stores.
- Plan and execute sponsored product ads, brand campaigns, and display ads on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Collaborate with category and platform teams for listing optimization, deals, and visibility campaigns.
- Monitor product rankings, pricing, and keyword performance to maximize ROI.
Performance Marketing & Growth Campaigns
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and platform-specific ad managers (Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, Instamart Promotions, etc.).
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance to achieve ROAS and sales targets.
- Execute remarketing and customer retention campaigns to boost repeat sales.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Work with design and content teams to develop high-impact creatives and ad copies tailored to each platform.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across marketplaces and social media channels.
- Support A+ content creation and storefront management for Amazon and Flipkart.
SEO, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze traffic, sales, and marketing data from platform dashboards and Google Analytics.
- Prepare detailed performance and ROI reports, identifying insights and growth opportunities.
- Optimize listings and campaigns based on keyword and performance analytics.
Collaboration & Strategy Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, campaign execution, and product launches.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, marketplace trends, and category benchmarks.
- Identify new opportunities in emerging quick commerce channels and local delivery partnerships.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce and Quick Commerce digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast‑paced digital environment.
