Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing efforts for AstroSage & AstroSageAI. The role involves strategy, execution, optimization, and ownership of performance-driven growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, app campaigns, affiliates, and influencer marketing.
  • Drive user acquisition, registrations, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Own performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and budgets.
  • Lead campaign strategy, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and scaling.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, product, SEO, and content teams.
  • Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate with external agencies if required.
  • Explore new growth channels, tools, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
  • 37 years of strong experience in performance marketing for B2C brands or digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads).
  • Experience managing budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
