InstaInnovate in India is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who loves helping users, solving problems, and creating memorable interactions. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users—turning issues into opportunities and building loyalty one conversation at a time.

You’ll support customers via chat, email, and social channels, simplify complex problems, and work with product and design teams to improve journeys and drive retention.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Calm, empathetic mindset with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Comfortable using Intercom, Notion, Slack and related tools.

Comfortable using modern tools like Intercom, Notion, Slack, and more.
