About The Role

Project Role: Performance Engineer

Project Role Description: Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary

As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance application performance. You will also participate in discussions regarding software architecture and lifecycle, ensuring that performance considerations are integrated into the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem detection and resolution, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the software development lifecycle.
