Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on People Services Supervisor to scale end-to-end HR operations in India. You will manage onboarding, payroll oversight, compliance, and HR systems accuracy (Workday and ServiceNow), with a strong bias for action and process discipline.

The role requires 8–12 years in HR, 4+ years in GCC/shared services/MNC, and proven payroll management. You will lead vendor relationships, drive KPI-driven improvements, and ensure audit-ready documentation

This role is responsible for flawless delivery across the employee lifecycle, payroll oversight, compliance governance, HR systems accuracy (Workday and ServiceNow), BGV Vendor handling and process efficiency.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a strong bias for action, operational discipline, and process rigor.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End HR Lifecycle Execution· Drive onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, documentation, and employee records management.· Ensure 100% accuracy and SLA adherence across lifecycle processes.· Reduce turnaround times (TAT) through process optimization.· Act as escalation SPOC for operational HR issues.· BGV vendor handling and issues handling2. Payroll & Benefits Governance· Manage payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation, and coordination with vendors.· Ensure zero payroll errors and 100% statutory compliance.· Oversee benefits administration, claims resolution, and renewals.· Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times.3. HR Systems & Data Accuracy· Own HRIS(Workday) data integrity and system workflows· Monitor data accuracy through periodic audits.· Generate HR dashboards, headcount reports, and compliance trackers.· Partner with IT for system enhancements and issue resolution.4. Compliance & Audit Readiness· Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory filings, and internal policies.· Lead internal and external audits.· Maintain policy documentation and SOP governance.· Identify and proactively close compliance gaps.5. Process Excellence & Automation· Standardize HR operations across India· Implement automation and workflow tools to reduce manual effort.· Track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.· Eliminate process inefficiencies and duplication.6.
