• Experience in Pega upgrade projects
• Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules
• Financial Services / Banking domain experience preferred
• Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS
• Good knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
• Experience with connectors/services, Queue Processors, and Job Schedulers

Preferred Skills:

• Payments, disputes, or lending workflow experience
