Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking a Pega Developer with 5+ years of experience to design and build Pega-based solutions on a on-site basis. The role requires hands-on development across Pega Activities and Data, with a strong BPM understanding and a Pega 7.x+ CSSA certification.

The candidate should have at least 4 years of Pega development experience and is expected to contribute to framework-based projects, including Smart Dispute where applicable.

Qualifications

• Pega CSSA certification in Pega 7.x or later.
• Hands-on development experience on Activities and Data.
• Minimum 4 years of Pega development experience.
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
• At least 1 Pega Framework experience; Smart Dispute a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Pega-based solutions in line with BPM requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver Pega applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and architecture standards for Pega projects.
