Vodafone Group Plc, via VOIS, seeks an experienced Pega Business Architect/Business Analyst in Pune to drive requirements discovery, process design, and delivery governance for Pega BPM and Case Management. You will design case types, SLAs, routing, and governance across an agile, SAFe environment, ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT and business analysis with 4+ years focused on Pega implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Pega BPM and Case Management, including SLAs and work parties.
• Proficiency in BPMN process modelling and translating business processes into Pega designs.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, ideally SAFe, with Scrum/Kanban exposure.
• Ability to create high-quality BRDs, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration capabilities.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect / Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, process design, and delivery governance for Pega Business Process Management (BPM) and Case Management implementations. Based in Pune with a hybrid working model requiring office attendance two days per week, this role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating operational transformation objectives into scalable Pega workflow solutions. The position is ideally suited to professionals with strong expertise in Pega BPM, process modelling, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery environments.

What you’ll do

• Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders and delivery teams to capture and document current and future-state process flows for Pega BPM initiatives.
• Model and document end-to-end business processes using BPMN, case lifecycles, and workflow diagrams to support solution delivery.
• Design case types, stages, processes, flows, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the Pega Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to ensure workflow designs align with platform best practices, case management capabilities, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments between business requirements and Pega platform capabilities, recommending configuration-led solutions where appropriate.
• Define and govern business rules, decision tables, decision trees, routing logic, and escalation workflows.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business requirements through design, testing, and deployment.

Who you are

• Experience of 5+ years in enterprise IT and business analysis, including 4+ years focused on Pega implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Pega BPM and Case Management, including case design, stages, processes, SLAs, work parties, and routing.
• Proficiency in BPMN process modelling and translating business processes into effective Pega case designs.
• Working knowledge of Pega decisioning capabilities including decision tables, decision trees, and when rules.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies, ideally SAFe, with exposure to Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Ability to create high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, architecture, engineering, testing, data, and integration teams.
