You will support NICU/PICU patients, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and maintain thorough medical records, all with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid medical degree and licensing to practice as a Pediatrician.
• 0–1 year of professional experience in pediatrics.
• Experience with OPD cases in general pediatric care.
• Ability to handle NICU/PICU high-acuity scenarios.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our Hospital team, offering a vital service to the communitys youngest patients. This position is central to ensuring comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents within a clinical setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of pediatric conditions, contributing significantly to patient well-being and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments for newborns, children, and teenagers in outpatient settings.
  
• Provide specialized care and monitoring for critically ill patients within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
  
• Manage complex cases requiring advanced medical intervention and coordinate closely with other healthcare professionals.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each pediatric patient.
  
• Educate parents and guardians on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care protocols.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients seen in the clinic and hospital wards.
