Interarch Building Products is seeking a PEB detailing engineer to prepare 3D models and 2D GA drawings for PEB components, including columns, rafters, purlins, and bracings. You will detail bolted and welded connections, generate BOMs and cutting lists, and ensure compliance with AISC/MBMA/IS codes.

You will coordinate with design engineers and shop teams to resolve RFIs and revisions, and uphold dimensional accuracy and fabrication Feasibility.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in PEB industry.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience for PEB detailing.

• Detail standard and non-standard bolted and welded steel connections with weld symbols and load requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Modeling & Drawing: Prepare 3D models and 2D General Arrangement (GA), shop, and fabrication drawings for PEB components (columns, rafters, purlins, girts, bracings, mezzanines, canopies, staircases, and handrails). [1, 2]
• Connection Detailing: Detail standard and non-standard bolted and welded steel connections, ensuring compliance with load requirements and weld symbols. [1, 2]
• BOM & Lists: Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), bolt lists, cutting lists, and CNC/machine-readable production reports. [1, 2]
• Code Compliance: Ensure all drawings conform to relevant standards and codes such as AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), MBMA (Metal Building Manufacturers Association), or IS (Indian Standards). [1, 2]
• Coordination: Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and shop floor/production teams to resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) and handle revisions. [1, 2]
• Quality Control: Check drawings for dimensional accuracy, interference/clash detection, and fabrication feasibility. [1]

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 to 5 Years of experience in PEB Industry is Mandatory.
