• Manage end-to-end payroll inputs for multiple global countries, ensuring monthly calendars and cut-off timelines.
• Input and maintain payroll data within the system with completeness and consistency.
• Validate and reconcile HR data (including Workday inputs) to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing.
• Review and verify gross-to-net payroll calculations and statutory deductions.
• Respond to employee payroll queries within SLAs with timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors for smooth payroll operations and issue resolution.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure compliance with local regulations across jurisdictions.
• Partner with stakeholders on payroll-related expenses and headcount reporting.
• Support payroll accounting activities, including journal entries and month-end close.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with strong written and verbal English skills.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accounting Analyst to join our Global Payroll team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with payroll calendars, local regulations, and internal controls. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll accounting, and the ability to analyse gross-to-net calculations while ensuring data integrity across systems such as Workday.

In this role, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to validate employee data, resolve payroll-related queries within agreed timelines, and support month-end activities including reconciliations and journal entries. You will also collaborate with global stakeholders on headcount and expense-related matters, playing a key role in maintaining smooth and compliant payroll operations across the organization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a payroll role or a similar finance position.
• Understanding of end-to-end Payroll Accounting Process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with vendors and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of specific software (e.g., NetSuite Oracle, Workday).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
