Patient Care Executive
JOB PURPOSE
To build a caring and patient centric atmosphere in the Front Office and impart training to the Patient Care Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- To Lead by example in exhibiting high levels of service orientation and proactive customer handling.
- To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
- To ensure timely and accurate compliance with the standards laid down under ISO for the departmental functioning.
- To supervise daily scrolls of all PCCs on shift.
- To ensure accurate and timely registrations & report movement.
- To ensure timely action on Total Customer Experience Questionnaire feedback received.
- To follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing /discount instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.
- To handle inter and intra departmental coordination.
- To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (Measurable Deliverables)
- Less than 1% error rate in billing.
- Conducting at least one session per month for training front office team with optimum participation.
- TAT as per the standards laid down under NABH & IMS processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate/PG in Hospital Management
Experience
- 4-6 yrs; preferably with 2 years of service industry/healthcare experience.
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of computers.
- Good knowledge of HIS.
- Eye for detail.
- Numerical Ability.
