NaturaX is seeking empathetic Patient Care Counsellors to join our growing team. As a Patient Care Counsellor, you will be a key contact for patients, understand concerns, communicate with families, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure a smooth, supportive care journey.

Freshers are welcome; ideal candidates include BSW/MSW, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or related fields with strong verbal and written communication and a patient-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with patients to understand concerns and queries.
• Provide non-clinical guidance and emotional support.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical team regarding patient requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with patients per the care process.
• Ensure patients receive timely information and support.
• Build positive and professional relationships with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient communication and follow-up records.
• Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate clinical team.
• Follow NaturaX's patient-care processes, quality standards and SOPs.
• Support patients throughout their journey with NaturaX.

About the Role

NaturaX is looking for empathetic, responsible, and people-oriented Patient Care Counsellors to join our growing team.

As a Patient Care Counsellor, you will be an important point of contact for patients throughout their care journey. The role involves understanding patient concerns, communicating with patients and their families, coordinating with the clinical team, following up with patients, and ensuring a smooth and supportive patient experience.

This role is particularly suitable for candidates pursuing or having completed BSW, MSW, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and understand their concerns, needs, and queries.
• Provide appropriate non-clinical guidance and emotional support within the scope of the role.
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team regarding patient requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with patients as per the care process.
• Ensure patients receive timely information and support.
• Build positive and professional relationships with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient communication and follow-up records.
• Identify patient concerns that require escalation to the appropriate clinical team.
• Handle patient interactions with empathy, patience, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Follow NaturaX's patient-care processes, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Support patients throughout their journey with NaturaX.

Who We’re Looking For

• BSW / MSW graduates or students
• Psychology graduates or students
• Candidates from Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related backgrounds
• Strong in verbal and written communication
• Empathetic and patient-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with patients and their families
• Good at listening and understanding people's concerns
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working as part of a clinical and patient-care team

Freshers are welcome to apply. Relevant experience in counselling, social work, healthcare, patient care, customer support, or similar roles will be an advantage.

Working Hours

10:00 AM 6:00 PM
