Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in scientific, technical, or related field.
• 6+ years of IP services experience with knowledge of US/European jurisdictions.
• Expert in utilizing patent and non-patent literature search databases.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Nice to have courses/certifications in Cloud Computing, ML, AI or related CS topics.

• Perform qualitative analysis of patents and non-patent literature from a technical perspective.
• Develop comprehensive prior-art search strategies based on project scope.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused IP insights and deliverables.
• Ensure timely deliverables and adhere to project objectives and customer expectations.
• Act as IP/domain expert with deep knowledge of literature databases.
• Collaborate in teams or work independently; participate in scoping & quoting for complex projects.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Patent Search Senior Lead to support global clients across patent research, infringement analysis, Evidence of Use (EoU), and intellectual property lifecycle services. In this role, you will perform in-depth analysis of patents and non-patent literature, develop comprehensive prior‑art search strategies, and deliver high-quality, client-focused IP insights. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of IP services experience, strong expertise in patent search databases, and a solid understanding of US, European, and other patent jurisdictions. About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in scientific, technical, or related field
• 6+ Years of IP service experience & intermediate knowledge of US, European, Infringement Analysis or Evidence of Use (EoU) and other jurisdiction patent law
• Expert in utilizing patent and non‑patent literature search databases
• Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
• It would be great if you also had Any relevant course or certification on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, AI and/or other Computer Science topics

What will you be doing in this role?

• Perform qualitative analysis of patents and non‑patent literature from a technical perspective
• Quickly understand and discern the technical nuances of a patent or non‑patent literature disclosure and what may distinguish it from the prior art
• Ensure that a thorough search of the prior art is performed based on project scope and the most relevant prior art is identified through demonstration of a complete search strategy
• Ensure customer satisfaction through construction of high‑quality deliverables that are self‑reviewed, striving for first time right
• Meet internal deadlines with deliverables that meet project objectives and customer expectations
• Act as an expert in IP and patent/non‑patent literature database knowledge/skills
• Proactively update technical skill set and hands‑on subject matter expertise in the technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry
• Work on projects individually or in a team environment
• Provide backup for scoping & quoting and reviewing projects of medium to high complexity
• Effectively communicate with customers on project‑specific matters
• Contribute towards achieving team Key performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute ideas for and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive measured improvements in processes and deliverables through the CI framework
• Participate in selection of candidates for open positions, when needed
• Ensure all own Project Insight tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Adhere to organizational policies

Hours of Work

• We work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (Hybrid work mode)
• This is a full‑time role requiring 40 hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST)
