Prism IPR is seeking a Patent Associate-Intern for an on-site role in Gurugram. The candidate will assist senior staff with patent preparation, patent applications, patentability assessments, and broader IP services for diverse clients.

Responsibilities include technology analysis, patent mining and patent writing, with emphasis on clear communication and teamwork. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science required; BI/chemistry/BA, LLB candidates are not considered.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Intellectual Property.
• Ability to conduct technology analysis, patent mining and patent writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field only, No Biotechnology or Chemistry related candidates or BA, LLB candidates.
• Experience in the patent or legal industry is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Associate-Intern at Prism IP, located in Gurugram. The Patent Associate-Intern will be responsible for working with senior staff to provide patent preparation, patent applications, patentability, patent law, and intellectual property services for clients. The Patent Associate-Intern will also assist in technology analysis, patent mining and patent writing.
