Job description

The Partner Business Development Manager (P-BDM) is accountable for activating and developing new business model capabilities within existing partners, while also identifying and recruiting new partners by identifying and addressing market gaps. The P-BDM will collaborate with the Partner Account Manager (PAM) and will identify opportunities with specific partners and will own the business development model.

A Day in the Life Includes
  • Recruit net new partners to fill gaps identified in Infor’s partner coverage heatmap.
  • Develop existing partners to expand business model(s) and practices. Working closely with assigned PAM who will own the relationship.
  • Identify and develop joint business plans and go‑to‑market strategies and lead generation opportunities.
  • Leverage the Infor Partner Network (IPN) program to help the partner expand in markets and industries where they have a comparative advantage.
  • Guide partners through their specific learning journeys ensuring comprehensive training and enablement for each partner.
  • Align with partners on revenue targets and track consistently – supporting partners as needed while managing partner deliverables.
  • Hold regular Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and appropriate Infor stakeholders to optimize growth opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working with Ecosystem Partners, relevant industry (including micro verticals) and software/products in a business development/lead generation role.
  • Experience building sales/partner relationships developing commercial agreements.
  • Experience working with PAM’s to identify and engage partners to develop sales pipelines and achieving ACV growth.
  • Experience recruiting net new partners with experience sharing sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating and building cross‑functional support for partners with sales, marketing and enablement teams. Experience assisting with onboarding of new partners.
  • Experience with executive communication including delivering presentations.
  • Travel requirements: 50%
  • English and French fluent Speaker
Preferred Qualifications
  • SaaS / Cloud / ERP sales experience, with a focus on partner or channel-driven models.
