Job description

The Partner Business Development Manager (P-BDM) is responsible for accelerating Infor’s ecosystem growth across EMEA by combining data-driven market intelligence, partner recruitment, and ecosystem scaling execution. The role owns the development of a market intelligence engine that provides a fact‑based view of the EMEA partner landscape and directly informs where Infor should invest, recruit, and scale its ecosystem.

This includes collecting, structuring, and analyzing data on software partner go‑to‑market models, partner and industry coverage, vertical and micro‑vertical penetration, and regional demand signals to identify concrete white spaces and growth opportunities.

In parallel, the P-BDM plays a key role in scaling and operationalizing the ecosystem by shaping and improving partner onboarding, enablement, and activation journeys. A core objective is to simplify, standardize, and automate these processes to reduce friction, shorten time‑to‑productivity, and improve partner experience.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Build, maintain, and continuously evolve a data‑driven market intelligence model for the EMEA ecosystem.
  • Collect, structure, and analyze data on software partner GTM models, partner coverage, industry and micro‑vertical penetration, and regional demand signals.
  • Identify and prioritize ecosystem white spaces, vertical opportunities, and regional growth gaps.
  • Translate insights into recommendations driving partner recruitment, investment, and scaling decisions.
Partner Identification & Recruitment:
  • Identify and prioritize target partners aligned to strategic gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and local Channel teams to recruit partners in a coordinated, regionally aligned approach.
  • Support partner selection, positioning, and early engagement.
Partner Onboarding, Enablement & Activation:
  • Shape the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for newly recruited partners.
  • Standardize and automate onboarding and enablement processes.
  • Reduce time‑to‑productivity through structured enablement milestones.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong hunter / business development mindset with ownership-level access.
  • Ability to quickly identify, engage, and open new partner relationships.
  • High drive, resilience, and comfort operating in white‑space environments.
  • Change‑agent mentality driving new business/topics and GTM models.
  • SaaS / Cloud / ERP partner ecosystem experience across EMEA.
