About The Opportunity

Primary Job Title (optimized): Data Analytics Trainer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end instructor‑led and blended Data Analytics courses (SQL, Python/pandas, Excel, Power BI/Tableau) for classroom and virtual cohorts across India.
• Create hands‑on labs, capstone projects, assessments, and rubrics that map to employer needs and measure learner competency.
• Coach and mentor learners through coding reviews, project feedback, mock interviews and placement‑readiness activities to maximise completion and placement rates.
• Continuously update curriculum and course materials to reflect current industry tools, workflows and case studies (RAG/ETL patterns, dashboard best‑practices).
• Work with product, operations and placement teams to capture learner outcomes, implement feedback loops and improve course delivery quality.
• Operate LMS tools to publish content, grade assignments, track learner progress and produce performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years combined experience in data analytics, BI or corporate training with demonstrable classroom/cohort delivery.
• Strong practical skills in SQL and Python (pandas) plus proven ability to teach these concepts with examples and exercises.
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication, classroom facilitation and learner engagement skills; comfortable with hybrid delivery (in‑person + online).

Preferred

• Experience authoring courseware for LMS (Moodle,Canvas,Thinkific) or using virtual classroom tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
• Prior exposure to enterprise hiring processes, mock interviews and placement support for analytics roles.
• Certifications in data analytics, Power BI/Tableau, or instructional design / adult learning pedagogy.
