Job summary

Data Engineer Palantir Foundry (Azure)

We're looking for a Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines and integrations on Palantir Foundry within our Azure cloud environment.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (pipeline building, ontology design, transforms in PySpark or Java)
• Strong Azure data services experience Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Synapse or Databricks
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark
• Understanding of data modeling principles (star/snowflake schemas, medallion architecture)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control (Git)

Nice to Have

• Palantir Foundry certification or formal training
• Experience with Azure Purview / Microsoft Purview for data governance and cataloging
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines for Foundry deployment automation
• Exposure to real-time/streaming data (Event Hubs, Kafka)
• Experience integrating Foundry ontology objects with downstream applications
• Azure certifications (DP-203, AZ-900, or similar)
