Job summary

Takecare Manpower Services is seeking a Paintshop Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive and predictive maintenance, attend breakdowns, and ensure TPM compliance in an Indian plant. The role requires 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process industries and a Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.

The candidate will maintain daily maintenance logs, coordinate with production and Safety teams, and ensure safety standards are met in a fast-paced paintshop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–5 years experience in manufacturing or process industry.
• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• UG graduates are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Attend breakdowns and restore equipment to operation.
• Maintain TPM checklists and daily maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with production and Safety teams.
