Job Purpose

To learn and support the garment packing process while maintaining quality, accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and follow the standard packing procedures and work instructions.

Check garments for correct size, style, color, and quantity before packing.

Perform folding, tagging, poly packing, carton packing, and other packing activities as instructed.

Ensure proper packing as per buyer/customer requirements.

Maintain accurate quantity and packing records.

Identify and report damaged, defective, or rejected garments to the supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packing area.

Follow production targets and quality standards.

Handle garments and packing materials carefully to avoid damage.

Support line-wise packing activities and maintain proper material flow.

Follow company safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth packing operations.
