Job summary

Diageo in Bangalore seeks a seasoned packaging engineer to lead I&R projects, LEP/LTOs, and PCR developments end-to-end. You will own Artwork Management for demand, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and approve Packaging BOMs to ensure OTIF delivery across glass and plastic formats.

You will provide technical development and PMO leadership for LEP/LTO projects, administer regulatory labels under CPCB, FSSAI and LM Acts, and mentor Reprographics resources while tracking KPI delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading packaging I&R projects and LEP/LTOs end-to-end.
• Proven ability to manage PCR developments and BOM approvals.
• Experience with regulatory labels (CPCB, FSSAI, LM Acts) and artwork admin.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pack part of I&R Projects and OTIF delivery.
• Provide PMO leadership for LEP/LTO projects.
• Technical development for PCR and packaging transitions.
• Administer Artwork Management System for demand and regulatory labeling.
• Approve Packaging BOM per SLAM and oversee Glass/Plastic PCR developments.
