Job summary

Uflex in Jammu is seeking a Packaging- Junior Engineer - Electrical to oversee operation and maintenance of the power house, gensets, and electrical utilities in the Packaging Jammu plant. The role targets ensuring uninterrupted power supply to all plant consumers and coordinating across departments to resolve issues.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience, based at Jammu, India.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power house, gensets, utilities machines, UPS, and earthing of electrical machinery.
• Ensure smooth functioning of utilities and deliver uninterrupted power to all plant consumers.
• Attend inter-departmental queries, complaints/issues and coordinate for smooth functioning.
• Maintain daily complaints register and checklists.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety of electrical system.
