Your Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as a client‑facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing IBM’s offerings and technologies.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Work from strategy development to solution implementation using SAP expertise, including S4HANA and FICO.
• Partner with a cross‑functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
• Hands‑on configuration and training in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Internal Orders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 14 years of overall experience, including 10+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end full‑cycle implementations (blue‑printing, realization, go‑live, production support) of S/4HANA Greenfield or Migration projects in complex environments.
• Strong SAP FICO implementation/rollout experience with multi‑country tax knowledge and integration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑facing aptitude.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• At least 3 end‑to‑end full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations as a team lead.
• Strong SAP FICO implementation and rollout experience.
