Job summary

Maneva Consulting is seeking an OTM Techno Functional Consultant with 7-10 years of experience for PAN India hybrid role. You will gather business requirements and translate them into OTM configurations, oversee transportation planning, carrier management, rate management and freight settlement, and develop integrations with ERP/WMS systems.

The role requires strong SQL/PL-SQL and XML skills, experience with OTM data models, workflows, and agents, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Knowledge of OTM architecture and functional configuration.
• Experience with XML, SQL, and OTM data models.
• Experience with OTM integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Knowledge of OTM agents, workflows, saved queries, and automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration failures and application issues.
• Experience in technical documentation, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
• Experience in shipment planning and execution.
• Knowledge of rate management, carrier management, and freight settlement.
• Understanding of order releases, shipment creation, routing, and tendering.
• Experience in OTM configuration, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into OTM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management based on business requirements.
• Develop and support integrations between Oracle OTM and external systems such as ERP, WMS, and other logistics applications.
• Work on inbound and outbound integrations using XML, REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and other supported integration methods.
• Perform technical development, enhancements, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Work with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and OTM data models as required.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical design documents, and test scenarios. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
