Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an OTC Functional Analyst in Bengaluru to optimize Order-to-Cash processes across order management, invoicing, and receipts. You will work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions and process improvements.

The role requires 4–6 years of OTC experience and strong communication. You will support month-end close activities, root cause analysis, testing, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely OTC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in an OTC functional analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and their impact across the business.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion OTC processes, including order management, invoicing, receipts, or related finance activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and support functional solutions.
• Experience working with customer master data and month-end close activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and follow-up.

OTC Functional Analyst

At Johnson Controls, you will help support the systems and processes that enable customers to move from order to cash with accuracy, speed, and confidence. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve business performance, strengthen operational reliability, and support the day-to-day flow of Oracle Fusion OTC processes.

Role Overview

As an OTC Functional Analyst, you will support and improve Order-to-Cash processes across areas such as order management, invoicing, receipts, customer master data, and month-end activities. This role is well suited for a professional with 4-6 years of experience who enjoys solving business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and turning functional requirements into effective system support and process improvements.
