Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an OT Network & Security Advisor to lead security assessments and design for industrial environments across processes, manufacturing and utilities.

You will integrate IT and OT network solutions, configure devices, review firewall rules, and deploy secure remote access solutions while aligning with standards like NIST, IEC-62443 and ISA99 to safeguard Industrial Control Systems.

Qualifications

• IT/OT security assessment and solution design for industrial environments.
• Experience in high- and low-level network solution design.
• Hands-on configuring IT/OT network infrastructure devices (switches/routers, firewalls, DMZ, AD) and rule reviews.
• Firewall solution design and rule reviews.
• Experience with OT security tools (MS D4IOT, Armis, Claroty, Nozomi) and secure remote access deployment.
• Knowledge of OT security standards (NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC).
• Understanding of ICS/OT (PLC/SCADA/Historian/DCS/MES).

Job Title: OT Network & Security Advisor

Experience Range: 10- 15 Years

Location: Pan India

Must-Have:

• Experience in IT OT network & security assessment and solution design for industrial environment for process, manufacturing & Utility etc
• Experience in high level and low-level network solution design
• Hands-on experience configuring IT - OT network infrastructure devices - Network architecture/ switches/ routers/ firewall tools, rule review firewalls/ DMZ/AD etc
• Experience with firewall solution design, rule review etc
• Experience with OT security tools like MS D4IOT, Armis, Claroty . Nozomi & Secure remote access solution deployment
• Working knowledge of Current OT security and safety regulation/standards/guidelines like NIST, ISA99, ANSI,NERC, IEC-62443, NIST 800 82 etc
• Good understanding of Industrial control system / Operational technology (PLC/SCADA/Historian / DCS/ MES)
