We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – OSI PI System to join our industrial automation/data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Aveva OSI PI architecture, development, and administration, along with a solid understanding of industrial use cases such as OEE, CBM, and CDM. This role involves PI AF development, PI Vision display design, custom object integration, and AF template creation.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Aveva OSI PI Historian system.
• Ensure high data integrity, reliability, and availability.
• Develop strategies for data collection from various industrial sources.
• Create and manage PI points using PI SMT.

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards and displays using PI Vision.

• Design and deploy AF hierarchies and templates, developing AF templates for different use cases.

• Customize applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, Angular.
• Work with MS SQL Server for backend integrations and data management.
• Support and administer PI Web API, PI Datalink, PI ProcessBook, and PI Vision Servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Aveva OSI PI platform.
• Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, and PI System architecture.
• Experience creating AF templates and deploying use cases.
• Knowledge of PI SDKs, .NET development, Angular, and SQL Server.
• System administration and data access services experience.
