Drlogy is seeking an Orthopedic Consultant to provide expert medical care for bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle conditions, leveraging strong clinical expertise and surgical skills.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, planning treatment, performing surgeries, coordinating with rehab teams, educating patients, maintaining records, and staying updated with advances in orthopedic techniques and treatments.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• Evaluate patients through physical examinations, medical history, and diagnostic tests.
• Interpret X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other imaging reports.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform orthopedic surgeries such as fracture fixation, joint replacement, and arthroscopic procedures.
• Manage trauma and emergency orthopedic cases effectively.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Prescribe medications, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and rehabilitation teams for recovery plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in ward rounds, OPD consultations, and emergency duties.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with advancements in orthopedic techniques and treatments.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior doctors and medical staff.
• Handle medico‑legal cases and documentation when required.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Contribute to improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Participate in medical camps, outreach programs, and awareness initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism and a patient‑centric approach at all times.
