Job summary

ANG Placement & Staffing Solutions PVT LTD is seeking a qualified Orthopedic Surgeon (MBBS with MS Ortho or DNB Ortho) for a full-time position. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year post-graduation clinical experience and hands-on expertise in Total Knee Replacement, Total Hip Replacement, and trauma surgery.

The role requires strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and biomechanics, proficiency with EMR and digital imaging, and valid NMC/state council registration.

Qualifications

• MBBS with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (MS Ortho or DNB Ortho).
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
• Hands-on experience in Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and Total Hip Replacement (THR) and trauma surgery.
• Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation, implant selection, and biomechanics.
• Excellent diagnostic, decision-making, and surgical precision skills.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and digital imaging platforms.
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with high-volume caseloads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and Total Hip Replacement (THR) surgeries as needed.
• Address trauma surgery cases with precision and urgency.
• Provide patient-centered orthopedic care in a hospital or surgical center setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR entries and utilize digital imaging for planning.
