RIA Advisory is seeking an experienced ORMB Technical Consultant to implement Oracle Revenue Management and Billing solutions within Oracle framework guidelines. The role involves working closely with onsite teams, business users, and IT during implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities include configuring ORMB, providing technical support across modules, and developing with OUAF, 4GL scripting, and integration tools like XAI/IWS, REST, and XML.

Qualifications

• Experience in ORMB/OUAF technical development.
• Hands-on with Oracle ORMB and OUAF.
• Experience with at least one ORMB implementation lifecycle.
• Strong SQL skills and data model knowledge.

We are looking for an experienced ORMB Technical Consultant to implement Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions within Oracle framework guidelines. The role will involve working closely with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams throughout implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle ORMB solutions in line with framework guidelines and project requirements.
• Work closely with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical support across ORMB modules, with functional exposure to Customer Setup, Billing, Pricing, Billing Payments & Collections, and General Ledger.
• Work with ORMB technical architecture, including Framework methods, Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server.
• Participate in at least one full-cycle ORMB implementation.
• Develop and customize solutions using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework), including Batch Programs, Business Services, Algorithms, Change Handlers, Groovy, and Plug‑in‑driven batches.
• Develop complex 4GL scripts, including Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, and Plugin Scripts.
• Work with Configuration Tools, UI Maps, and Zones.
• Develop integrations with external systems using XAI/IWS (Inbound Web Services), file transfers, REST, and XML.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using the ORMB/CCB data model.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support implementation and production activities as required.

Required Candidate Profile

• 510 years of relevant experience in ORMB/OUAF technical development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle ORMB and OUAF.
• Experience with at least one complete ORMB implementation lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in Batch Programs, Business Services, Algorithms, Change Handlers, Groovy, and plug‑in‑driven batches.
• Hands‑on experience with 4GL scripting, Configuration Tools, UI Maps, and Zones.
• Strong experience with XAI/IWS, REST, XML, and file‑based integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with the ORMB/CCB data model.
• Functional understanding of Customer Setup, Billing, Pricing, Payments & Collections, and General Ledger is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn, research, and implement new technologies within tight timelines.
