A leading transportation solutions provider seeks an Organizational Change Management Analyst in Bengaluru, India. This role involves developing change management strategies, creating communication campaigns using Microsoft tools, and monitoring user adoption of new technologies. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and expertise in Organizational Change Management and Microsoft 365 tools. The position offers an opportunity to enhance employee engagement and technology adoption in a dynamic environment.
As the Organizational Change Management Analyst, you will partner with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to align change initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams such as Enterprise Comms, Wabtalk, and FirstUp to align messaging and leverage synergies.
The OCM Analyst plays a critical role in driving successful adoption of digital workplace initiatives by managing the people side of change. This role focuses on communication, engagement, and training strategies to ensure employees embrace new technologies and processes. Expertise in Microsoft tools such as Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and Teams is essential for fostering collaboration and engagement across the organization.
Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to be in a seated position for long periods of time.
