What would you do?

Aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, you will help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. You will optimize working capital, provide real‑time visibility and end‑to‑end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes. The team oversees the entire process that starts from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordinating with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and processing from payment receipt to finalization. You will assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization and technology for Order Management from order creation to order fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management.

What are we looking for?
  • Good communication skills and strong order-to-cash knowledge.
  • Experience handling US clients.
  • Experience in team handling.
  • Strong experience in order management including claims, returns, complaints management and customer care support.
  • Rich knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
