Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Specialist focused on Billing Processing. The role requires 7–11 years of experience and a background in BCom or equivalent diploma. You will manage end-to-end billing processes and contribute to cash flow optimization within Finance Operations.

The position may involve working across customer inquiries, sales orders, invoicing, and receivables, with potential rotational shift requirements as part of a dynamic, global services environment.

Responsibilities

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, and reconciling transactions.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility and end-to-end revenue and cash-flow management, and streamline billing processes.
• Design the process and configure technology to support invoicing from creation to issuance and receivable creation.
• Handle analysis and solve moderately complex problems, potentially creating new solutions or adapting existing methods.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• Design the process and configure the technology to support the process of creating and issuing customer invoices that begin with the creation of an invoice and end with the issuance of an invoice and creation of a corresponding receivable. What are we looking for?
