What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Cash Application and Billing Processing responsibilities include resolving cash application queries, coordinating with customers, applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and managing transactions from receipt through completion. The role also involves creating and issuing customer invoices, reviewing debit notes, identifying process gaps, and supporting invoicing activities.
• An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities. What are we looking for?

• A strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, order management, order processing, order fulfillment, journal entries, and revenue recognition is required. The position may also involve coordinating with sales teams to investigate debit notes and address unrecognized revenue issues.
