Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. You will collect data reports, perform analyses, and reconcile transactions to determine accurate financial outcomes.

The role focuses on optimizing working capital, real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes across the order-to-cash cycle from inquiry to invoicing. Prior OTC experience and graduation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in OTC or related finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile financial transactions by collecting operational data reports.
• Optimize working capital with real-time visibility over revenue and cash flow and streamline billing processes.
• End-to-end cash collection from order receipt and invoicing, including cash application and suspense accounts.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities. What are we looking for?
