Job summary

Accenture is seeking an O2C Operations Analyst to support Billing and Revenue Management in Bengaluru. You will collect operational data, perform analyses, and reconcile transactions to optimize revenue and cash flow.

The role focuses on end-to-end billing processes, cash application, and customer coordination, contributing to real-time visibility and process improvements within the Finance Operations vertical.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Order to Cash and Billing domains.
• Strong understanding of cash applications and billing processes.
• Experience aligning with Finance Operations and revenue management objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve lower-complexity O2C issues and billing queries.
• Support end-to-end revenue and cash flow visibility through data reporting.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to optimize collections and cash applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing workflows and processes.
• Adapt to rotational shifts as needed.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes
• This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing
• The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers
• The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• A solution that delivers creation and support for billing functionality enabling clients to establish new or improved billing and customer care capabilities.
