Job summary

Consilio LLC in India is seeking an Order-to-Cash Analytics Analyst to support reporting, insights, and process visibility across the O2C lifecycle. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analyze billing and collections data to improve transparency of aging, collections performance, and revenue realization.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills and a solid understanding of financial data and ERP/CRM data flows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a finance, operations, or data analysis role.
• Experience building dashboards used by business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM data (NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order-to-Cash (O2C) Analytics Analyst to support reporting, insights, and process visibility across the O2C lifecycle. This role will focus on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, analyzing billing and collections data, and improving transparency into key financial metrics such as aging, collections performance, and revenue realization. The ideal candidate combines strong Excel and Power BI capabilities with a solid understanding of financial processes and data flows within O2C systems.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Development:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking O2C performance (AR aging, collections, billing accuracy, DSO drivers)
• Translate business requirements into effective data models and visualizations
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and used by stakeholders for decision‑making

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

• Analyze O2C data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Provide actionable insights on billing, collections, and revenue leakage
• Support leadership with recurring and ad hoc reporting needs

Data Integrity & Reconciliation

• Validate and reconcile data across systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, internal tools)
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies impacting reporting accuracy
• Maintain data definitions and metric consistency (single source of truth)

Process Improvement Support

• Identify inefficiencies in billing and collections workflows using data
• Support implementation of reporting and automation enhancements
• Collaborate with finance and technical teams to improve data availability and quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Systems teams to align reporting requirements
• Support stakeholders with data requests and performance analysis
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
• Strong understanding of financial data and O2C processes (AR, billing, collections)

Preferred (Not Primary) Technical Skills:

• Exposure to SQL or Python for data extraction/processing
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools beyond Power BI

Experience:

• 1-3 years in a finance, operations, or data analysis role.
• Experience building dashboards used by business stakeholders
• Hands‑on experience working with data from ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce preferred)
• Experience working with imperfect or inconsistent data across multiple sources

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Shift timings:

This opportunity requires working US shift time of 9:00am – 5:00pm ET.
