Job summary

Powerstatic Solutions India Private Limited is looking for a Project Execution Manager for its nuclear turbine manufacturing operations at the Sanand factory. You will oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while coordinating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of relevant experience and a background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. Strong communication skills and knowledge of cost control in turnkey projects are required to succeed in this role.

Job description

In Order Management, our goal is to ensure the right rigor around schedule and cost management processes to execute the projects on-time, within budget and with right quality. As a member of the Order Management team, you will be responsible for project execution activities for the India Nuclear Turbine manufacturing at Sanand factory. This role requires cost tracking and timely communication with customer as well as internal stakeholders. With focus and rigor around tools, processes, operating rhythm, and people, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute not only to Order Management but also to Project Planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage India nuclear projects for Sanand operations with end‑to‑end responsibilities including engineering, procurement & manufacturing, execution, and customer management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Project Management, Quality, Sourcing, Finance, Production, Planning, Tendering, and Site teams, as well as the customer for smooth execution of the project.
• Actively participate in kick‑off meetings to define coordination and actions between all stakeholders within Arabelle Solutions and at supplier sites.
• Build and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Control and monitor project schedule and budget throughout the project.
• Analyze schedule and cost trends and provide forecasted cost and schedules to the project team.
• Identify potential schedule and cost risks and opportunities and drive/support risk mitigation.
• Provide internal and external project reporting on procurement and manufacturing status.
• Provide 100% material visibility and tracking across the organization.
• Drive KPIs such as OTD and inventory turnover.
• Identify areas of opportunity for standardization/optimization and, where possible, participate in Kaizen or similar lean events to implement identified improvements.
• Ensure compliance with global standards for planning and cost control.
• Ensure alignment to established standards (WBS, processes, procedures, tools usage).
• Adhere to all safe work procedures in accordance with instructions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing and materials planning and execution.
• Background comparable to a bachelor’s degree (Mechanical/Electrical) from an accredited university or college.
• Experience in the heavy manufacturing industry; turbine manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cost control for large complex turnkey projects.
• Experience working in ERP/SAP – MM module and MS Project/Primavera.
• Knowledge of lean and Kaizen best practices preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
