Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Billing, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and Finance.
• Understanding of revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals, and GL impact.
• Hands-on SAP and Salesforce experience; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced global environment; AI tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-billing lifecycle including orders, renewals, billing, credits and cancellations.
• Validate client, product, pricing, billing and approvals to ensure SOX compliance.
• Serve as primary support for sales teams and clients; manage order status and billing queries.
• Monitor orders, installations, backorders, and billing activities to meet SLAs.
• Support disputes, renewals, and customer account management; drive improvements.
• Collaborate on process improvements, system testing (UAT/regression) and ad hoc initiatives.

**Job Description:****Order Management Specialist:***Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team where your attention to detail and operational excellence directly drive business success!*An Order Management Specialist manages the end-to-end quote-to-bill process, including quote generation, order entry, and billing support. The role ensures accurate and timely order processing, meets service level targets, and resolves complex order-related requests efficiently. Working closely with sales and account managers, they provide operational support and expertise while maintaining high service quality.
