The team is responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and operating Apache Airflow-based orchestration solutions.
  • Building reliable, scalable, and maintainable Python services and automation.
  • Supporting solutions hosted on-premises, in Microsoft Azure, and in Google Cloud Platform.
  • Running and managing workloads in Kubernetes environments.
  • Maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensuring the reliability, security, observability, and operational supportability of production systems.

  • Create and maintain automated build, test, deployment, and release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Use Git and established engineering practices for version control, peer review, and collaborative development.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable solutions.
  • Improve system reliability, monitoring, alerting, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed colleagues and stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to technical design decisions, documentation, and continuous improvement of the team’s platforms and practices.
  • Use AI tools such as Codex, Claude, and Cursor responsibly to accelerate development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge discovery.

  • Experience using Git and Azure DevOps, including repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code quality, versioning, troubleshooting, and observability.
  • Experience working with at least one major cloud platform; Azure or GCP experience is valuable.
  • The ability to understand complex existing systems and make sound engineering decisions in a production environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to incident investigation.
  • The ability to work effectively with distributed teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of solutions from design through production support.
  • Experience using AI‑assisted engineering tools to improve productivity while applying appropriate human review and engineering judgment.
