• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities per ITIL.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in OTM SaaS applications, transportation planning, shipment execution, freight management, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing OTM solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) SaaS applications.
• Manage Order Management, Shipment Planning, and Shipment Execution processes.
• Configure and administer Business Process Automation within OTM.
• Support Appointment Scheduling and Dock Scheduling functionalities.
• Manage Freight Payment, Freight Audit, and Rate Management processes.
• Troubleshoot complex planning, workflow, and system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Analyze business requirements and implement OTM functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain Agents, Actions, Saved Queries, Menus, and Screen Sets.
• Monitor OTM log files and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Handle user configuration, security, and access management.
• Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Participate in Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities following ITIL best practices.
