Job summary

EY India is seeking an Oracle OTL Support professional to assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion OTL module. You will contribute to developing and debugging fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation logic to ensure accurate time tracking and payroll integration.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams, document changes, and support end users during go‑live and stabilization phases.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM or ERP support roles, with at least 1 year focused on OTL.
• Solid experience in writing and debugging Oracle Fast Formulas for time and labour.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM, especially the OTL module.
• Understanding of time entry rules, absence types, and payroll integration touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and testing of time entry layouts, time categories, and time rules.
• Develop and maintain fast formulas for time validations, accruals, and payroll integrations.

Job Description: Oracle OTL Support

The Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Support 1 role operates under the guidance of the OTL Lead and is responsible for supporting the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion OTL module. This includes hands‑on involvement in the development and troubleshooting of fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation logic to ensure accurate time tracking and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and testing of time entry layouts, time categories, and time rules.
• Develop and maintain fast formulas for time validations, accruals, and payroll integrations.
• Support issue resolution during system testing and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
• Document configuration changes and support knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.

• Exposure to full‑cycle implementations or support environments involving time and labour modules.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from senior leads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (Time and Labor).
