Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle SCM Cloud Manager in Pune to lead multi-module Fusion SCM implementations and EBS-Fusion integration projects. The role requires 8–12 years of Oracle SCM experience, strong client-facing skills, and expertise in design, configuration, testing and end-to-end delivery of complex SCM solutions.

You will collaborate with global teams within EY’s Global Delivery Services, engage in CRP sessions, and mentor colleagues while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Preferred experience of Oracle EBS SCM (2–3 years) including modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS.
• Should have worked in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence between EBS and Fusion.
• Experience in solution design, functional specifications, and end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or similar methodologies.
• Implement across multiple Oracle Fusion SCM modules (at least 8, with 3+ from listed modules).
• Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews and solution discussions.
• Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Product Management, OM Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning).
• Design module-specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environment.
• Handle solution design, fit-gap analysis, training, and testing.
• Assist business during CRP/SIT/UAT and prepare high-quality deliverables.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 8–12 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCM
• Preferred experience of Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) SCM (at least 2–3 years), including exposure to key modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS
• Should have worked in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence scenarios between EBS and Fusion
• Experience in solution design, preparing functional specifications, and driving end to end delivery
• Hands on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM / or other prescribed methodologies
• Implementation experience in at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules, (Minimum of 3 from below listing) such as:
• Product Management
• Procurement
• Order Management & Pricing
• Inventory & Costing
• Oracle Manufacturing Cloud,
• Supply Chain Planning Cloud
• Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and solution discussions
• Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
• Product Management, OM Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning
• Interpret functional requirements and deliver solutions independently from offshore
• Design module specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environment
• Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit Gap, Training, and Testing
• Assist business during CRP/SIT/UAT
• Prepare high quality deliverables, documentation, test scripts, and test cases
• Conduct trainings for users and internal teams
• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with documentation and status reporting

• Proficiency in documenting using OUM or any structured methodology
• Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor teams
