Qualifications

• 10–12 years of deep experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) project implementation, system configuration, and application support in a global, regulated environment.
• Proven expertise configuring and supporting major S2P/ERP suites (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, SAP S4/HANA, Coupa).
• Deep knowledge of AP, PO, Internet Procurement, Expense GL, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI/Agentic AI into enterprise S2P workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Source-to-Pay (S2P) Systems & AI Integration Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role at the AVP level. This role is designed for an industry expert who will apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to drive the development of new techniques, process improvements, and workflow optimization across Citigroup's global SCO (Supply Chain Organization). The ideal candidate will integrate deep subject matter expertise in S2P platforms with cutting‑edge technologies, specifically focusing on the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI tools to revolutionize procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable workflows.

Operating in a highly complex and variable global environment, this individual will evaluate issues with substantial potential impact, weighing alternatives and balancing conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. This role requires a dynamic, self‑starting leader who can adapt quickly to changing business needs, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and assume direct/indirect responsibility for a global team of direct staff and vendor resources. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in organizations of similar scale, complexity, and regulatory rigor as Citi, ensuring that all implementations safeguard the firm's reputation, clients, and assets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• S2P Platform Leadership:Coordinate and drive the successful, timely implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of global S2P platforms (including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, SAP S4/HANA, Coupa, etc.), collaborating closely with functional, operations, and technology teams.
• AI & Innovation Integration:Lead the identification, design, and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI tools within S2P systems to automate manual tasks, optimize decision‑making, and drive operational efficiency.
• Requirements & Functional Design:Facilitate workshops with global business stakeholders and development teams to gather complex requirements. Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (MD50s), and Functional Configuration Setup Documents (BR100s).
• Application Support & Stability:Oversee production support and Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) activities, ensuring quick resolution of complex application issues, driving stability, and maintaining operating environments against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Risk & Compliance Management:Proactively assess the risk and impact of production issues, elevate to senior management, and establish robust risk mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.
• Testing & Release Management:Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, write comprehensive test scripts to ensure traceability to requirements, and coordinate sign‑offs with senior business stakeholders. Participate in application releases from development through production deployment.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:Act as a key liaison and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, business users, internal technology groups, and external software vendors.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:Manage and mentor a diverse team of direct staff and vendor resources. Act as a coach to junior analysts, offering ongoing feedback to support their professional development and growth.

Qualification

• Professional Experience:10–12 years of deep experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) project implementation, system configuration, and application support within a global, highly complex, and regulated corporate environment (comparable to Citigroup).
• S2P Functional Expertise:Proven expertise in configuring and supporting major S2P/ERP suites such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, SAP S4/HANA, Coupa, or equivalent. Deep knowledge of core modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing/Purchase Order (PO), Internet Procurement, Expense GL, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• AI & Emerging Technology Skills:Hands‑on experience in implementing and integrating GenAI and Agentic AI tools into enterprise S2P workflows to drive automation, intelligent routing, and predictive analytics.
• Technical Skills:Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and system troubleshooting. Familiarity with system implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Leadership & Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex technical and functional concepts clearly to senior executives.
  • Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven experience leading global, cross‑functional teams and managing vendor resources.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Certifications (Highly Preferred / Added Advantage):
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Agile Certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe)
  • Generative AI or AI/ML‑related professional certifications

Educational Qualification

• Required:Bachelor’s degree / University Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
• Preferred:Master’s degree or MBA with a specialization in Technology Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
