Oracle Demand Management & Sales and Operations Planning Cloud Functional Analyst

Position Summary: The Oracle Demand Management Cloud Functional Analyst supports the design, configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle Demand Management Cloud capabilities to enable effective demand planning, S&OP, forecasting, and connected supply planning processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders and the technology team to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve planning accuracy, process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, and supply chain operations.
• Configure and support Oracle Demand Management Cloud in alignment with business processes and enterprise standards.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, process flows, test scenarios, and solution recommendations.
• Support and configure forecasting capabilities including forecast methods and profiles, causal factor setup, forecast tree hierarchies across product, geography, and customer, and statistical forecasting engine configuration.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, defect triage, and issue resolution in partnership with technical teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, business process maps, training materials, and support guides.
• Provide functional support for system enhancements, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze forecasting and planning process challenges and recommend opportunities to improve performance, usability, and adoption.
• Support supply planning activities including plan definitions, supply/demand netting, planning parameters, exception messages, simulation sets, and plan run configuration.
• Support Planning Data Collections and validate data flows including Order Orchestration, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
• Core Demand Management configuration ownership

Qualifications:

Required:

• Oracle Demand Management Cloud module expertise
• Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain processes, and business process analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional configurations and system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of forecast methods and profiles, causal factor setup, forecast tree hierarchies across product, geography, and customer, and statistical forecasting engine configuration.
• Understanding of Planning Data Collections, including data flow from Order Orchestration, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Clear Understanding of data collection processes and able to work with Custom and standard measures.
• Working knowledge on writing measure expressions, Disaggregation and aggregation parameters.
• Experience with hyper tuning parameters.
• Experience with Constraint and Unconstraint planning.
• Ability to create and load new hierarchies, page layout and tables.
• Working knowledge on Redwood features.
• Ability to implement AI Agentic functionality in existing application.

Preferred:

• Experience with related Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of planning hierarchies, forecasting methods, demand classes, and planning data structures.
• Experience with system integrations, reporting, and master data considerations in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or global supply chain environments.
• Experience with supply planning concepts including plan definitions, supply/demand netting, planning parameters, exception messages, simulation sets, and plan run configuration.
• Oracle Cloud certification in a related functional area.

Soft and other skills:
